I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which boasted spotless rooms that were quite spacious with a large comfortable double bed. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help with everything, making our experience even better. However, the location was a bit tricky to access with public transport, which made getting around less convenient than I had hoped.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, which I really appreciated. Service from the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the location wasn't ideal as it felt a bit far from the subway station. The dining experience also left something to be desired, especially with limited options for breakfast.

Dining changed on our last day, and the options felt more Westernized, which was a letdown. I found the food overpriced and difficult to book at the last minute.

Facilities were decent, but not outstanding. They had the basic amenities but didn't really stand out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were surprisingly spacious for urban Japan, featuring a large, comfortable bed and a modern design with thoughtful details. The location was peaceful and close to the Imperial Palace, making it a beautiful area to explore. While the dining experience was in the early stages of development and some options felt a bit Westernized for my taste, it was still enjoyable. Overall, I found great value for money here with a few minor drawbacks.
